1 large, very ripe pineapple
1/4 cup cream of coconut


1. Remove the core of the pineapple, and slice remaining fruit into bite-sized pieces.
Freeze until firm for at least 6-8 hours.
2. Once frozen, remove pineapple from freezer to soften slightly for 5 minutes for easy mix.
3. Switch pineapple to your blender, and add 1/4 cup cream of coconut. Securely lock
the 2-part lid.
4. Blend under "FROZEN DESSERTS" preset program or until desired consistency.
TIP: If necessary, use the tamper to ensure everything mixes evenly.
