INGREDIENTS:
2 cans (14 ounces each) garbanzo beans,
drained, liquid reserved
3/4 cup garbanzo bean liquid
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place all ingredients into the blender container in the order list. Securely lock
the 2-part lid.
2. Blend under "PUREE" program or until desired consistency.
TIP: If necessary, use the tamper to ensure everything mixes evenly.
