INGREDIENTS:
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup 0% fat plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 medjool dates, pitted
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place all ingredients into your blender. Securely
lock the 2-part lid.
2. Blend under "SMOOTHIE" program or until desired
smoothness.
TIP: If necessary, use the tamper to ensure everything
mixes evenly.
